Repair or Replace?
Most tank water heaters last 8 to 12 years. If yours is in that range and leaking from the tank, replacement is usually the better spend. If it's newer, a part like the thermostat, element or gas valve may be all it needs. We'll tell you which.
Tank vs. Tankless
Tank
- Lower up-front cost
- Simple swap for most homes
- Can run out of hot water with heavy use
Tankless
- Hot water on demand, doesn't run out
- Saves floor space and lasts longer
- Costs more up front and may need gas line or venting upgrades
We'll walk you through the numbers for your setup.
